All orders are prepared for dispatch up to 2PM, Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Mainland UK – Free Next Working Day Delivery on all orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri).

Outer UK Regions (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) – Free delivery within 2–3 working days.
Please note: During busy periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is significantly delayed, our team will notify you by email.

Tracking typically becomes active later in the afternoon once your parcel has been processed by the courier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept liability for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses are not our responsibility, though we will always do our best to assist where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from within the UK. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, there are no hidden charges or additional costs.
Damages

If your order arrives damaged (either by the courier or otherwise), please contact our support team immediately with clear photos or videos.

It’s important to report this promptly so we can raise a claim within the courier’s required timeframe (within 5 days of delivery).
