30 Night Trial

We want you to love your new Comfy Labs® pillow, but we also know that finding the perfect fit takes time. That’s why we offer a 30 night trial so you can experience real comfort at home, risk-free.

Here’s how it works:

Eligibility

• The 30 night trial is available only for orders placed directly on ComfyLabs.co.uk. (Orders through other retailers aren’t included.)

Trial Period

• Your 30 night trial starts on the day your pillow is delivered. You’ll have plenty of time to get used to it and decide if it’s the right fit for you

One Trial per Household

• Each household or delivery address can enjoy one pillow trial, we want everyone to have a fair chance to experience our comfort guarantee. If multiple pillows are purchased the 30 night trial offer will only apply to 1 pillow.
• Any additional purchases will follow our standard returns procedure.

Keep it Clean

• Please use a pillowcase or protector during your trial to keep your pillow fresh and in great condition. This helps us maintain hygiene and ensures a smooth return if you decide it’s not for you.

Returns & Exchanges

• If your Comfy Labs® pillow isn’t quite right, simply contact us within 24 hours after your 30-night trial ends.
• If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re happy and loving your new pillow and the trial/return period will expire.

Refunds & Product Condition

• To qualify for a refund or exchange, your pillow must be clean and undamaged.

•  Please keep all original packaging and any removable filling until the trial is complete.

• If the pillow is returned soiled, damaged or incomplete, we may provide a partial refund or decline the return.
