I'm pleased with my new Pillows. A little harder than I thought. But very supportive of my neck and shoulders. Could you give me any tips how I can make it softer.

The best pillow ever
Nice product as aspected
Very comfy pillow, adjustable to your own preference. I only need the one pillow now and have had a much improved sleep experience.
The best pillow ever. It took me a few trys to get it how I like it and now it's so comfy.
I have to admit to being a little sceptical at first, having not had much success with various pillows in the past. However this ine is definitely different, the ability to remove filling to your comfort level is brilliant. As is having a 'cool' side (my head does get very warm at night). My neck and shouldes do not ache like they used to in the mornings. Overall I am really pleased with this pillow and would recommend it.
It’s really comfortable
Only had the pillow a few days but will have to remove some of the filling because am still getting a stif neck.
Arrived quickly love the fact you can take the stuffing out. Very comfortable has helped my neck pain.
I absolutely love the pillows the best Iv ever had thank you 🙏
Very nice
Great pillow....love it
Absolutely fantastic Ilbe totally honest,I hesitated in buying my pillow, thinking,it would be just another gimmick.then I finally did it, first,I messaged customer support,to ask if I could put my silk pillow case on it,I needed to know if I would still get the full benefits of the pillow and use my silk pillow case, which is non negotiable.the customer support replied to me immediately.for anyone wondering yes you can, and let me tell you , it fitted perfectly. The pillow is amazing,so comfortable, absolutely no neck pain,a perfect night's sleep.i bought it to replace an old neck pillow that had seen better days. Delivery was next day,the company really is fantastic, don't hesitate, buy one now.
Very good product, had to take out a lot of the foam to get our comfort level but great so far
I can’t say I like it as much as the first one I bought, I don’t think the sponge layer adds to it.
